Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy: LLP (referred to as either “the LLP”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to AASHWAST SERVICES LLP, 4, Kheliya Apartments, 62, Ideal Colony, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra 411038. Orders mean a request by You to purchase services from Us. Service refers to the services provided by us. We means the AASHWAST SERVICES LLP.

You mean the beneficiary of the service and include the person who is accessing the website on behalf of such beneficiary. Your Order Cancellation Rights You may cancel your order within 30 days by giving a valid reason for doing so. The Cancellation Deadline for an order is 30 days from the date of booking of such service or the date from which services will be provided, whichever is earlier. If services have been provided then no cancellation shall be applicable. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision on:

We will reimburse You within 20 days from the date request received for cancellation or refund, if found valid. We will use the similar mode of payment used by you for placing the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.  If any expenses in relation to your services have incurred then those expenses will be deducted. Conditions for Refund For the Services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The Services were booked in the last 30 days
  • No benefit or part benefit of the services has been availed.
  • The valid reason shall be mentioned while applying for the refund.
In the following cases no refund shall be granted:

  • If services are rendered to the beneficiary
  • If any services have been availed 
  • If any services have been made available on your special personalized request
  • If refund application made after 30 days of booking
  • If any default is committed from your side
  • If any loss is incurred by the LLP due to any act committed by you or the beneficiary.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any services that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Applying Refund and Cancellation for Services Application for refund and cancellation of service shall be made by sending us an e-mail regarding the same. Customers should contact using the email info@aashwast.com We shall not be held responsible for the default committed by the beneficiary or from your side. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
