Preeti Damle

Preeti Damle is one of the founders of Aashwast. Her Bharat Parikrama and work with elders inspired her to start “Aashwast”. She comes with 20 years of experience of working as a CEO in the social service sector. Preeti has a degree in Management and in the past, she has worked in various capacities at several committees and is currently spearheading the operations at Aashwast.Preeti’s work experience on the global level and her extra ordinary strategic and creative thinking abilities have been at the core of Aashwast’s growth and success since day 1.

Mr. Ishan Atre

Ishan is a tenacious, self-directed, and creative hospitality graduate with the ability to drive excellence into any environment. He has a work experience of 12+ years in the hospitality industry and has traveled extensively for his work covering countries like Europe, Asia, and South America. Ishan has a tremendous ability to work with diverse teams and handle challenging environments.

Being a people’s person, he is able to gain confidence and trust through his effervescent personality. He put values to work effortlessly and enriches every portfolio that he manages. In addition to his mainstream work, he volunteers with non-profits in healthcare, child development and women empowerment. He finds his purpose in, “Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam.”

Mrs. Neelima Naik

Neelima is an accomplished professional with over 36 years of work experience. She has held several responsible positions at Balbharati, Pune and Mumbai offices. Her extensive skillset includes administration, legal and full cycle of school textbook design, production and state-wide distribution and more. Neelima’s willingness to accept new challenges, readiness to work hard and ability to connect with people, are the key abilities that have propelled her in career.

All through her working years, Neelima has selflessly invested her time, knowledge and efforts to help a number of families to buy homes. She has helped them build a secure future and encouraged them to be progressive in life. She has also contributed to social activities for women with Majhimaitrin Charitable Trust and INTACH, Pune.

Neelima’s unfortunate personal experience with her husband’s health has given her insight, experience, and an empathetic approach to the daily challenges faced by our clients. She brings her life experience to Aashwast and makes a difference in the lives of our clients, Mitras and Sathis, every day.

Mrs. Suvarna Joshi

Mrs. Suvarna Joshi is a Politics graduate from Pune University. She has more than 35 years of work experience that comes from various organizations, Educational Institutions, Advertising Agencies and Construction. She expertly handles Administrative, Accounting and Customer Relationship roles.

As a basketball player she has represented Pune University and Maharashtra state and is also a certified swimming instructor who has been coaching students for 25+ years. She has also worked as a Gym Instructor and Naturopathy Counsellor for 10 years. Suvarna is a naturally passionate and empathetic person who has now become a part of the Aashwast Family to give back and do her bit for the society.
