The key highlight is her Bhav yatra in 2014, traveling across 11 states for 22000 kms and 7 months. The yatra was inspired by Gandhiji and Vinobaji’s philosophy of connecting heart to heart. This experience resulted in her being a part of “Aashwast”. She is also the Founder Director of Bone Marrow Transplant support foundation, (BMTSF).The first foundation in India set up to support people who are advised or undergoing bone marrow transplant.

Her degree in Management and vast experience of spearheading and representing the organization globally has added to her strategic and creative thinking abilities.
“She is a member of ‘Anti-Sexsual Harrassement Committee’ in a few companies. She also contributes to fundamental scientific research being a member of ‘Independent Review Board, National Center for Cell Sciences, Pune’.”
In 2019 she undertook Bharat Parikrama with her daughter and travelled across 16 states, driving 8900 kms in a months time. The yatra brought many learnings and opened a whole new perspective to life.
She takes care of three elders and having seen their challenges in day to day life she got inspired to start “Aashwast”.
