Preeti Damle
Preeti Damle comes with 20 years’ experience in social sector as a CEO. Her degree in Management, representation on various committees and vast experience of spearheading & representing the organization globally has added to her strategic and creative thinking abilities. Her Bharat Parikrama and work with elders inspired her to start “Aashwast”.
Sheetal Vaidya
Sheetal Vaidya comes with 20 years’ experience in developing transformative workspace models. She is a qualified company secretary with a management degree. She has worked extensively to build turnaround strategies for organizations. Her all India Bhav yatra and vast volunteering experience has resulted in her being a part of “Aashwast”.

Mr. Ishan Atre
Ishan is a tenacious, self-directed, and creative hospitality graduate with the ability to drive excellence to any environment. Having worked in hospitality for 12+ years he has traveled extensively and built capability of working with diverse teams. His study and analysis of hotels in Europe, Asia, and South America have strengthened him to understand and perform in challenging environments. Being a people’s person, he is able to gain confidence and trust through his effervescent personality. He can put values to work effortlessly and thus enriches the portfolio he manages. In addition to his mainstream work he finds time to volunteer with Non-profits in healthcare, child development and women empowerment. He derives meaning in life going by the motto of “Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam.”
Mrs. Neelima Naik
She is an accomplished professional with over 36 years of experience of working at number of responsible positions at Balbharati, Pune and Mumbai offices. Her extensive experience includes administration, legal and full cycle of school textbook design, production and state-wide distribution. Her willingness to accept new challenges, readiness to put hard work and ability to connect with people, enabled her to progress in her career.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, she selflessly invested her time, knowledge and efforts to help number families to plan and buy homes to have a secure future and encouraged them to be progressive in life. She has also contributed to social activities for women with Majhimaitrin Charitable Trust and INTACH, Pune.
While working full time and after retirement, she has developed a small organic farm near Saswad, where she grows organic produce including fruits, vegetables, and grains. Her farm is also home to Indian-breed cows.
Along with her younger son, she is taking care of her husband with health challenges for the last 15 years. This care journey has given her insight, experience, and an empathetic approach to the daily challenges our clients, Mitra and sathi’s may face. This has inspired her to give her services to “Aashwast” and make a difference in their lives.
Mrs. Suvarna Joshi
Mrs. Suvarna Joshi has completed B.A. in Politics from Pune University.
Having more than 35 years of experience in various organizations, Educational Institutions, Advertising Agencies, Construction, she expertly handles Administrative, Accounting and Customer Relationship roles.
As a basketball player she has represented Pune University and Maharashtra state and is also a certified swimming instructor coaching students for 25+ years. She has worked as a Gym Instructor and Naturopathy Counsellor for 10 years.
Having been a passionate and empathetic person, she has now become a part of the Aashwast Family for fulfilling her desire to serve society.
